GENERAL QUESTIONS

What is STAY IN CLUB ON DEMAND? 

ON DEMAND is a members-only digital wellness platform for high-quality PERIGON content. Each class is an immersive, cinematic experience.

Will STAY IN CLUB LIVE (i.e. Zoom classes) still be offered?

Yes. LIVE will now be included with every ON DEMAND order. If you have any questions, feel free to direct message us on Instagram (@perigon.co) or email us at studio@perigon.co.

What classes do you offer in STAY IN CLUB ON DEMAND?

ON DEMAND offers access to a growing library of PERIGON 45s, PERIGON 30s, PERIGON 60s, BUILD, BURN and many more, all presented by highly-trained instructors and good music. This is a platform for us to be experimental, so we will be constantly developing and uploading a selection of new classes.

Are you offering other workouts besides rhythmic cycling?

We are currently only offering rhythmic cycling classes. Cycling is our core — we want to retain the premium experience and focus on what we do best. That said, brainstorming sessions are always happening, but for now, we have decided that we did not want to be charging for concepts we feel are subpar experiences.

What if I have never done Cycling before, where should I start?

We have created a 35-minute class called Intro to Ride that incorporates all the fundamentals of riding to allow individuals to get comfortable with moving on the bike. The class is designed to get all riders, new and existing, riding to the same beat — with proper form.

Currently, we are offering this on Stay in Club LIVE (i.e. live Zoom classes) and we host this class twice a month. How often are new classes uploaded to the site?

Weekly. We will be adding a variety of new videos to the site. Rest assured we will be listening to your feedback as to what you want to see more or less of, so be sure to let us know what you are enjoying.

It's important to note that all videos can be replayed an unlimited number of times, with the intention that you revisit these videos to train and improve your practice.

What types of plans do you offer STAY IN CLUB ON DEMAND?

3,500 PHP/month with no commitment for both ON DEMAND and LIVE; Pay As You Go will remain at 750 PHP/one week. Learn more about our pricing by clicking PRICING on our navigation bar.

After availing of the FOUNDER'S CLUB price on or before July 31, 2020, will we still be able to avail of the same pricing from then on?

When you avail of the FOUNDER'S CLUB price on or before July 31, 2020, you are considered a FOUNDING MEMBER of ON DEMAND. Therefore, you will be able to avail of the same pricing indefinitely, unless you cancel your subscription.

Can I activate ON DEMAND at a later date? 

Your ON DEMAND subscription will begin immediately upon purchase. If you wish to sync it with your LIVE subscription, email us at studio@perigon.co.

I'd like to try a class before purchasing a subscription for STAY IN CLUB ON DEMAND.

We have free TRIAL SESSIONS up on the platform; they are previews of what a class would look like in slightly lower video and audio qualities. 

If you'd like to experience a full class without having to subscribe to a monthly plan, you can Pay As You Go: you have the option to Rent and get access to any class for one (1) week.

To do this, click BROWSE on our navigation bar and choose a class you'd like to rent. You'll be forwarded to the checkout page to proceed with payment. Once done, you'll have access to the class for one (1) week.

Do you have a subscription that includes both STAY IN CLUB LIVE (i.e. Zoom classes) and STAY IN CLUB ON DEMAND?

Yes, it is the only subscription we are offering now.

Can I use my existing in-studio PERIGON passes to avail of STAY IN CLUB ON DEMAND?

Yes, for 12 passes, you will receive access to both ON DEMAND and LIVE classes. That said, all in-studio PERIGON passes available in your account from March 15, 2020 and today (until further notice) will absolutely be extended with ample time to use them from the day our studios reopen, to ensure that they don’t go unused.

Which modes of payment do you accept for STAY IN CLUB ON DEMAND?

Credit cards are the best mode of payment accepted for ON DEMAND. When you have made an account you can pay for your subscription with your credit card. The monthly fee will be deducted from your credit card each month, starting from your your sign-up date (auto-renewal).

You can also head to the link in our Instagram bio (@perigon.co) and click on the link titled "SIGN UP: LIVE + ON DEMAND/BIKE RENTALS (CASH ONLY)". Follow the prompts to proceed with payment.

Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.

How do I get started?

Create an account. After creating one, click on PRICING on our navigation bar and choose a plan that fits you. Once payment is confirmed, you’re all set. Click on BROWSE on our navigation bar to view all classes. Enjoy.

Can I share my account with a friend?

No. One subscription per user. Multiple users is strictly not allowed.

Can I rent or buy a PERIGON bike?

To complete the full PERIGON experience, we are offering our very own in-studio bikes for rent or purchase. Our bikes are the SCHWINN AC SPORT CARBON BLUE and it is the best and most economical stationary bike model from the SCHWINN line, perfect for the PERIGON method and the type of cycling we do.

You have the following option:

3 months minimum: 15,000 PHP / 1 month or 45,000 PHP / 3 months (+ one-time 5,000 PHP Security Deposit)

When your rental reaches 90,000 PHP, the bike is yours to keep. Alternatively, you can purchase it for a straight payment of 85,000 PHP. Note that the one-time Security Deposit will be used towards any damages after the rental period. If our team evaluates no damage, it will be refunded completely. If you'd like, this can also go towards paying for your rent-to-own.

The rental includes a pair of cycling shoes and a pair of dumbbells for the duration of the rental period. However, we do encourage that you purchase your own personal pair cycling shoes if you're planning for long-term use.

How does the delivery procedure work?

We deliver bikes once a week, depending on COVID-19 guidelines and staff availability. We will require a fixed one-way 1,500 PHP fee for delivery.

BILLING AND ACCOUNT QUESTIONS

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click Forgot Password, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page.

How do I change my password?

Once signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Password and update your password.

How do I update my billing information?

Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and update your billing information.

How do I cancel my recurring subscription?

Once signed into your account, you can cancel your recurring subscription by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and locate your subscription plan at the bottom of the page. Click Change Plan and Cancel Membership. Your membership will be cancelled and your access will be removed at the end of your current payment period.

My credit card is being declined. Why is that?

PLAYBACK QUESTIONS

My video does not playback smoothly. How can I fix this?

Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback experience, make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection. We recommend using the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. You may experience playback issues with outdated devices and browsers.

Can I watch videos using Chromecast and AirPlay?

Yes! Both Chromecast and Airplay are compatible with our site.

To use Chromecast: Locate the Chromecast icon in the bottom right corner of the video you want to cast. Click the icon and select the correct Chromecast from the pop-up in your browser.

To use AirPlay: Open the video on your apple device and click the AirPlay icon in the bottom left corner.

Can I watch videos on my TV without using an app?

Yes. By connecting your laptop directly to your TV with an HDMI cable, you will be able to watch videos from our site on your TV.

Can I watch videos on my phone or tablet without using an app?

Yes. Our website adapts to phone and tablet browsers so you can watch our content anywhere!

Which browsers are supported?

While we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, we also support Firefox and Safari browser released within the last five years. You may experience playback issues when using an out of date browser or any version of Internet Explorer.
